founds the CLAISSE SCIENTIFIC CORPORATION INC. (CSC)
to take charge of the marketing activities of Fernand CLAISSE
inc. |

In a
period of intense competition, FCI transfers the remaining
manufacturing activities to CSC to help the latter react promptly
and effectively and create a more successful organisation. |

For legal
reasons, Dr. Claisse finds it necessary to revive his earlier
Fernand CLAISSE inc. company. |
